Day 2
I worked out again this morning again with the support of my boyfriend…..He’s really a great guy and I care for him more than I can even say with words. Today’s work out wasn’t as long as yesterdays but I guess they have it worked out like that in the cards that come with the total gym. I feel like I should be doing more but I don’t want to over do it either. I guess I just expect instant results and I probably shouldnt think like that. We went out to breakfast this morning and I guess you can say I cheated because I had scrambled eggs, toast, chopped steak and hashbrowns…but we decided we’d have one day a week to go out to eat so it wasn’t so bad. AND I didn’t order pop. I had water with lemon in it. I got a new scale and it said I weigh 5 lbs more than i did yesterday BUT i also weighed myself with all my clothes on and I had just eaten so I’m going to keep my weight marked at 311 and re weigh myself on an empty stomach in the morning. I’m taking slimquick and some pills that you take before bed called GHR 1000. Hopefully with a good diet plan and the exersizing I’ve been doing I’ll start shedding some lbs. I’m also going to measure myself because I know sometimes you can gain muscle weight and feel like you aren’t losing anything when you get on the scale. I guess this is all today. Just wanted to say I DID work out again and i did the whole thing without giving up.

Good for getting a workout in and yes there will be long workout days and short ones. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having a cheat meal one day a week. I actually have one twice a week but it’s not overboard, it’s just something I wouldn’t make if I were home. Yes, measuring yourself is also great. You read about lots of people saying the scale isn’t moving but instead they are shrinking in places that just isn’t showing on the scale. You are on the right path. Keep up the good work, it will eventually start to show its rewards.

You can do this. Just keep plugging away at it. Patience. At my age I lose weight at a snail’s pace, but I keep trying. Marge
You are doing great by sticking with your workouts. One cheat meal is not going to break you. Keep with it and you will see results for your hard work.
Great job on the exercise. It’s good that you are being realistic about the scales. Keep in mind that different scales will read different weights. Good luck the rest of the week.
